Learn More About Our Procedures Production, Packaging, Transport
Years of production expirence, combined with technological know how, allowed us to develop our production to the international quality levels.
Following new trends in tea production and technology we organiszed our production in such a manner that allows us fully to overview and controll every segment of it. Our dedicated team consists of agornomists, technologists, and skilled workers that contributes to our effort for reaching deamnds of every client.
Camomile harvesting
The main factor checking expansion in production of the raw material of wild chamomile
is manual harvesting of inflorescences, which accounts for 70% of all labor expended in cultivation.
The most typical physicomechanical factors determining the chamomile plant were studied
in planning a sound design for a harvesting machine and selecting operating schemes and regimes
for it. These factors include disposal of plants on the plantation: distribution of the inflorescence yield throughout height of the plants; and size-weight, strength, frictional,
and aerodynamic properties.
Mint fields
Harvesting is usually done just before the plant blooms. Leaves can be snipped off as it is needed or cut the entire plant to within an inch of the ground. For teas and herbal infusions, mint is hanged whole stems upside down for drying in a warm, dark room with plenty of air circulation. Leaves can be stripped from the stems, washed and pat dried, and placed on paper for drying in the drying facility.
Sellection
After delivery form the field, herbs are hand picked in order to determie ones with highest quality for further processing.
Hand picking
Machines are used only asa must. Our priority is to pick up herbs manually to avoid any mechanical damage that might influence quality of the plant.
Packaging
After processing the herbs they are packed in the sterile environment of our state of the art packing facility.
Transportation
Transportation could be arranged for any destination worldvide.
